![]() Hope this this is how the family plan works - it allows up to six total accounts to join one subscription. Utilizing Pandora directly through the app will allow each of you to connect to that device without having to manually sign out of the account already logged in and sign in to your own account each time. To make changes to other groups click Edit. ![]() To edit the group of currently playing devices click on Show Group. ![]() This shelf will allow you to edit your Sonos groups, select which devices to play through, or control the volume of your devices. Once you've connected successfully, the casting icon will appear filled in and a new navigation screen (or "device shelf") will appear. Tap the casting button on the Now Playing screen to initiate a connection with your Sonos device. To do that, make sure you're connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Sonos device, and open the Pandora app. So for example, if you have an iPhone, you can launch the Pandora app and control your Sonos device directly from there. What I recommend doing, is letting each member of your family know that they can actually stream to Sonos directly from the Pandora app on their mobile devices. ![]() It sounds like you might be using the Sonos app when streaming Pandora on that device. If you need additional assistance with the Amazon Household account, feel free to contact their support team to help you get set up. Once this has been done, you will be able to create an additional Amazon account that can then be linked to your other family member's Pandora accounts. In order for you and your other family members to stream Pandora simultaneously on your Alexa devices, you'll first need to set up Amazon Household. I provided some information around how you can utilize the family plan on your Alexa device in my message above. That way, each of you will be able to stream your own Pandora accounts at the same time, without having to worry about "Someone else is listening" error message from popping up. If you and your other family members typically use separate devices to stream Pandora, then the best option would be to make sure everyone is signed into their respective accounts on each of their devices. You won't be able to stream the same Pandora account across multiple devices at the same time. I am still baffled how Pandora maintains such a high review factor! Yowsers! Is it because I am not a premium user? Well, if that is the case, that policy won't win me over to pay again. This is how the family plan works - it allows up to six total accounts to join one subscription. It is more frustrating than entertaining, for me. I don't know about everyone else, but I am through with Pandora. I have had this issue with many other genres as Pandora crosses the line for suggestions, offering music that were not even close to the stations I selected. I previously was a paying listener but Google screwed up my subscription parms for many apps and I have not taken the time to upgrade again to Pandora, directly. I heard Oriental, punk, industrial, rock - everything else but what my search requested. I heard some bluegrass, but there is more to banjo than just bluegrass. After aproximately twenty attempts (no, I am not exaggerating), I could not find one "banjo, instrumental" station that played traditional banjo music. I am pretty much an eclectic listener and today I opted for some banjo music. ![]() I have used Pandora for several years and am very disappointed in the current status. I'm not sure how Pandora got such a high rating, to be blunt. I chose one star because I had to enter something. ![]()
